Democrats use a variety of tactics to make sure their ideas get implemented. It’s disastrous when those ideas are implemented. Young black and Hispanic voters have noticed and those are the voters Democrats chase. Polls have shown that those voters plan on voting for Trump. Carville is a lifelong political strategist that worked with Bill Clinton and he’s pretty accurate. He spoke in baseball terms.

He shared a video. “It’s horrifying, our numbers among younger voters. We’re not shedding them, they’re leaving in the droves.” He spoke on Politicon which produces “Politics War Room with James Carville and Al Hunt”, a Thursday podcast.
Political consultants see things in cosmetic terms so he predictably said Democrats have a messaging problem. The first things he talked about in the video was football, burgers and beer.

Baseball analogy
He said Democrats react to things that don’t matter, same as the hitter that swings at everything, striking out too often. “Liberals, or whatever, left-of-center people, can’t — they can never let a pitch go. Whatever you throw them, they will swing at.”
That could have been political wisdom but it meant nothing. Carville and the Democrats don’t offer substance so they use the fear tactic.
Carville started scolding
“But if Trump wins, I want you to understand what you have at stake in this election.” He ranted about the conservative judges Trump would appoint. “For the next 35 years of your life — of your life — they’re gonna do nothing but f*** with you. Alright, forget birth control pills, forget reproductive rights, forget environmental protections.”
He wagged his finger and grit his teeth at the non white voters that are sick of the condescension. Carville gave viewers the same Trump Derangement Syndrome they’d find on MSNBC, CNN, ABC or CBS. He correctly pointed out the voters they chase now see Democrats as phonies, pandering to the “voters of color” every election time.
