Recent history shows many Democrats despise working Americans and hope to hurt them. Curiously, they don’t even bother trying to conceal that anymore. It should be job security to take care of your legal constituents. Among other examples, Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul doubled down on social media about shielding illegal immigrants from deportation. So the administration is suing her.
Hochul has federal charges
Pam Bondi just announced federal charges against a couple New York officials, namely Hochul, state Attorney General Letitia James and Mark Schroeder, the commissioner of the Motor Vehicle Department. Bondi said, “They have a ‘tip-off’ provision that requires New York’s DMV commissioner to promptly inform any illegal alien when a federal immigration agency has requested their information.”
The New York governor responded on social media with a typical mix of virtue signaling and lies. “New York is proud that immigrants from across the globe come here searching for a better life, and we’re protecting all New Yorkers by cracking down on violent criminals.”
Hochul doesn’t understand
Many Democrats don’t understand the difference between legal and illegal immigrants. Or maybe she understands it completely and would rather gaslight people. Regardless, she’s not telling the truth about “cracking down on violent criminals.”
She included a four paragraph statement about Bondi’s effort, calling it “smoke and mirrors.” She refused to allow the Trump administration access to their records.
“But there’s no way I’m letting federal agents, or Elon Musk’s shadowy DOGE operation, get unfettered access to the personal data of any New Yorker in the DMV system like 16-year-old kids learning to drive and other vulnerable people.”
Hochul and the Democrats
Thank goodness the Democrats are protecting New York children. Otherwise there would be a lot more grooming and human trafficking. On some level, Democrats understand how badly Trump crushed them.
They can’t touch him so they try to demonize one of his officials, Musk, because his organization threatens their generations of money laundering. A reason Hochul and the Democrats might persist in protecting illegals is because their wealthy donors might use this population as cheap labor. Another reason might be since they hate current American citizens, it makes sense to simply import new ones.
