If you know Kamala Harris’ early career, you know she was arm candy for quite a few people.
That started with Mayor Willie Brown, then Montel Williams, who Harris had dated before she ever entered the political world.
Williams just announced who he would like to see as the Democrat nominee, and it was not Kamala.
He Speaks
Before Harris dated Williams, she was arm candy for San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown, arguably one of the most corrupt political figures in local politics.
Even though Harris and Brown had broken up by the time she entered the political arena, Harris was still doing him favors and cashing in on Brown’s contacts.
By the way, Brown was married, which Harris knew, yet she had no problem embarrassing his wife by appearing with Brown in public, but that is another conversation.
Williams was dating Harris after Brown, and heads were turned in one of their first appearances together when Williams had Kamala on one arm and his daughter on the other.
Harris was unknown at the time, with Williams introducing her to the media.
His past with Harris does not spill over to politics, however, as Williams would rather see Maryland Governor Wes Moore as the candidate.
He stated, “Is anyone surprised I am interested in a politician who also went to the Naval Academy and whose leadership has impressed me?”
Now, don’t get it wrong. The moment that Harris is confirmed by the DNC as the nominee, Williams will follow in the footsteps of all the other talking heads in Hollywood and support her.
What I am more interested in seeing, however, is how Harris deals with her rather racy and sordid past coming up when she tries to take a shot at Trump or Melania.
Harris has quite a few skeletons in her closet on that front, and the right is just looking for a reason to open that door and let them all spill out.
