Comer Issues 6 Subpoenas to Mayorkas

Congress is demanding answers from Alejandro Mayorkas and, for once, the subpoenas they handed him don’t have anything to do with the invasion of illegals. He’s in charge of the Department of Homeland Security and they run the Secret Service. They aren’t in trouble for getting drunk with local hookers again, this time they’re accused of interference with Hunter Biden’s investigation.

Mayorkas stunned again

It’s reached the point where every time someone sticks a TV camera in the face of Alejandro Mayorkas he has the same blank stare on it.

The House Oversight Committee sent a fresh subpoena over to Homeland Security for records and testimony regarding “allegations President Biden’s aides were tipped off about plans” to pull a snap interrogation on Hunter.

The paperwork signed by the committee’s chairman, James Comer, targeted Mayorkas “seeking documents about the probe into Hunter Biden’s alleged tax-dodging and weapons antics, as well as subpoenaed three Department of Homeland Security and two Secret Service officials to testify.

The DOJ started the cover-up, Comer explains but DHS was in on it, too.

The Department of Justice initiated the Biden family cover-up and now DHS under the leadership of Secretary Mayorkas is complicit in it,” Comer relates in a formal statement.

Investigators were never able to interview Hunter Biden during the criminal investigation because Secret Service headquarters and the Biden transition team were tipped off about the planned interview.” They got a heads-up to clear out a storage locker as well.

IRS agents blew the whistle

Before the committee started listing out all the records and witnesses who can shed light on the controversy, the watchdog committee heard the testimony of Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler. The investigators directly involved in the case went public.

Shapley was informed on December 7th, 2020 that “FBI headquarters had notified Secret Service headquarters and the [Biden] transition team about the planned actions the following day.” Mayorkas is in a jam for it now because “this essentially tipped off a group of people very close to [alleged] President Biden and Hunter Biden and gave this group an opportunity to obstruct the approach on the witnesses.

You can’t do a surprise interview and get unrehearsed responses when the witness has been tipped off. That kept the whole interrogation from ever happening. An FBI agent has separately confirmed that’s exactly what happened.

Comer wants Mayorkas to fork over “communications about the Hunter Biden probe by members of his department or former members between Dec. 1 and Dec. 31, 2020.” He notes that the department has been ducking their requests since June.

Because “the Secret Service is housed under the DHS” anything that they do wrong is the problem of the DHS director, Alejandro Mayorkas. Intentionally interfering in a federal tax investigation is a crime in itself.

It also shows an added level of corruption and more proof to the allegations that the rats are in charge of guarding the government cheese. One report after another shows the stark difference between justice handed out to Democrats as opposed to Republicans. Democrats can do no wrong while Donald Trump, conservative parents and Catholic church goers are considered domestic terrorists.
