Fast food encounters these days are getting more violent.
We are seeing videos of patrons that have little patience for excuses and often go over the counter to attack the employees.
A McDonald’s manager seemed to have learned a lesson from all those attacks.

I will be honest, after watching the video, I do not blame the manager for reacting like this.
The news report you are about to see was very sympathetic with the woman, but the video tells a bit of a different tale.
She came up to the counter to complain about food apparently not being prepared to her liking.
She is irate right from the start.
Within seconds, she begins throwing food at the manager.
So, the manager threw something back…
McDonald’s PR team responded, “The safety of our customers and employees is of utmost importance to us.
“We are looking into this matter and will take the appropriate steps once our investigation is complete.”
