Attorney General Bill Barr made a disappointing announcement on Monday regarding the ObamaGate scandals. Despite revelations from U.S. Attorney General John Durham’s examination of the Trump-Russia probe, Barr expressed reservations that either former U.S. President Barack Obama or his accomplice, former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, will be investigated for possible crimes.
Barr said, “As for President Obama and Vice President Biden, whatever their level of involvement based on what I know, I don’t expect Durham’s work will lead to a criminal investigation of either man. Our concern of potential criminality is focused on others.”
It has been revealed that the Obama Administration knew that the Christopher Steele dossier was doubtful. However, this did not stop the FBI from using the dossier in Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act courts to deceitfully obtain warrants to spy on various Trump Team members, including Carter Page, Paul Manafort, and George Papadopoulos.
The evidence was so overwhelming that President Donald Trump originated a new term, ‘ObamaGate.’ The hashtag exploded over Twitter for several days, despite Big Tech trying to harness the term.

Reactions to Barr
There has been a mixed bag of reactions to Barr’s questionable decision. Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton, who has been thoroughly investigating misdeeds of the Obama Administration, slammed Barr the hardest, accusing the decision of a ‘Deep State mission accomplished.’ On May 16, Fitton had previously tweeted that ‘Obamagate was never about Russia.’ Fitton believes that Trump was targeted to protect Obama, Hillary Clinton, Biden, John Brennan and the rest to the Democratic gang of political thugs.

Obviously, President Trump was “surprised” that Barr does not foresee any criminal prosecution of either Obama or Biden.
On Monday, Trump told reporters, “I think if it was me, they would do it. I think for them, maybe they’re not going to. I’m surprised because Obama knew everything that was happening. I think it’s just a continuation of a double standard. I am surprised by it.”
On the other hand, the left is ecstatic over Barr’s remarks. The liberal media has been decrying ‘ObamaGate’ as a ‘conspiracy theory,’ as they persuade their listeners into assuming there is no evidence regarding the Obama Administration illegal activities. Leftist Politico boasted that Barr’s remarks threw “cold water on Trump’s ‘ObamaGate’ campaign.”
However, there are some that believe that there is more to Barr’s comments. Conservative pundit Bill Mitchell shrewdly noted that “Barr didn’t say Obama and Biden are innocent.”

Mitchell’s Tweet is something to ponder. Maybe, Barr’s words were calculated in anticipation for potential surprises for the Democratic criminals.

The President by extension is the United States, as such the conspiracy to undermine President Trump is an offense against the United States, Re 18 U.S.C.A. § 371.
Coconspirator exists if the person participates in the concealment of the conspiracy.
Whether a coconspirator received personal benefit or profit is of no importance.
On January 12, 2017 in the office and in the presence of the then President and in the presence of the then Vice President, the conspiracy to inhibit President Trump by attacking his advisers the plot was hatched by those in attendance. There is documentary evidence by former assistant attorney general, that former President Obama stated he wanted to be informed and updated as the conspiracy progressed.
By the inaction of the former President to prevent the conspiracy he is a coconspirator and carries the same burden of guilt the others in the conspiracy and should suffer the same fate of guilt found to be in the others. Furthermore, Biden also did not act to stop the conspiracy.
