The Senate was proud to announce they passed an explosively bloated aid package, that passes the most American dollars around to everyone who needs them. Everyone from Ukraine to Taiwan to Israel to Palestine gets a slice of the pork. They’re sure to portray themselves in the press as martyrs to the humanitarianism of it all, giving up their Super Bowl weekend for work. They should have gone home and watched the game, House Speaker Mike Johnson chuckles. The turkey of a compromise is far too fat to fly through the lower chamber, no matter what Senate RINOs say.
Aid for everyone
Senators think bundling all the controversial aid packages into one one big one will make the whole thing easier for the House to swallow. They thought wrong.
Just forget about securing the border, alleged Republicans in the Senate say. They knew that the provision guaranteeing the admission of exactly 5,000 migrants a day was dreaming.
The whole reason they included the border provisions in the bill at all was to have something they could chop back out and say they’re trying to “compromise.” They chopped it out and sent their aid for everyone including Gaza terrorists package to the House.
???? SPEAKER MIKE JOHNSON TO BLOCK SENATE’S MASSIVE UKRAINE AID PACKAGE@SpeakerJohnson just came out saying that the House will NOT take up the overblown Ukraine bill because the focus MUST be on our own border security before even talking about foreign aid.

Conservatives in the lower chamber were expecting that move and they aren’t budging an inch. Just to cheese off Democrats, they’re blaming the implosion on lack of a border bill.
Mike Johnson quickly “rejected” the Senate disaster, “raising new questions about how — or if — Congress will adopt the assistance ahead of November’s elections.” Let’s see what happens once we get Donald Trump back in the Oval Office instead of Slow Joe.
More than a dozen RINOs came out of the closet to approve “billions of dollars in military assistance” along with “other foreign aid provisions.” They aren’t going to like talking to people in line at Walmart on their next trip home.

No border security
Johnson is sidestepping most of the questions brilliantly by “sending clear signals that he won’t bring the bill to the House floor because it lacks the tougher border security measures House Republicans had demanded months ago.” Read my lips, no open borders, House Conservatives demanded since the beginning.
With all the invaders pouring in, the foreign aid should begin at home. Eric Adams would agree. He’s overwhelmed with foreigners demanding food, clothing, shelter, a cellphone and an X-Box.
“In the absence of having received any single border policy change from the Senate, the House will have to continue to work its own will on these important matters,” Johnson declared. They already sent a clean bill for Israel aid through the system.
I'm a hard NO on the Senate's foreign aid package and will do whatever I can to stop it in the House.
Another $60 billion to Ukraine and $0 to our southern border?
No thanks.

It went down in flames in the upper chamber because it didn’t have enough pork stuffed in that the Senators could get rake-backs from. “America deserves better than the Senate’s status quo,” Johnson adds.
While Mitch McConnell has been going spastic trying to raise money for Ukraine to buy rockets with, the idea isn’t as high a priority in the House. They see actual humanitarian aid to Israel in support of their defensive action as the highest priority.
Over in the Senate, that’s toxic because everyone on the liberal left is backing the Hamas terrorists. They think every penny should go to Palestine, to advance the effort of killing all the Jews. They won’t rest until Arabs infest every inch between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea. A place currently known as “Israel.“
