Former DEA informant Joseph Vincent just got sentenced to life in prison for his role in the high-profile hit job on Haitian President Jovenel Moïse. The agency itself has lots of plausible deniability but rumors are swirling that they and the CIA had a hand in it.
DEA informant sentenced
Joseph Vincent wasn’t an agent of the DEA, just one of their trained rats. He used his inside knowledge of how the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration conducts real raids to fake one.
Specifically, it was Vincent who pounded on the president’s door in Port-au-Prince that fateful night. Masquerading as an agent.
In English, with his “American accent,” Vincent announced: “DEA operation. Everybody stand down,” through a bullhorn. “Everybody back up, stand down.”

On Friday, February 9, he was given an all expense paid stay for the rest of his life at a maximum security resort. Ten of his cohorts are going through separate trials.
Officially, the DEA denies that they even know Vincent, or his buddy “another Haitian American, James Solages.” Whether they knew them or not, neither one was “acting on behalf of the agency,” when they assassinated the Haitian president.
People who follow these things believe that, off the record, our spooks sing a totally different tune. “Since the assassination, Haiti has descended into crisis, with violence from street gangs and vigilantes prevalent, and communities fighting back with bloody reprisals of their own.”

Colombian ex-soldiers
It appears that a group of disgruntled lawyers recruited a band of Colombian mercenaries and supplied all the guns and money they needed, to whack a thorn out of their political side.
It’s not clear where the DEA rats crawled into the scheme from. That gives a lot of credence to the rumors that the CIA planted them into the operation.
There’s no doubt at all that the gunmen “masqueraded as DEA agents at the time of the attack.” The Haitian ambassador to Washington, Bocchit Edmond confirms it.
Every suspect taken into US custody 4 assassination of @moisejovenel in #Haiti has connections with DEA, FBI, or CIA, with the latter requesting ALL files be sealed under pretext of national security. Judge Martinez is known by attorneys as "CIA's judge." https://t.co/dlKG0fVKzl

“Moïse’s killers claimed to be members of the DEA as they entered his guarded residence.” Edmond insists. “This was a well-orchestrated commando attack.” Videos with an audio track back that up.
“In videos circulating on social media, a man with an American accent was heard saying in English over a megaphone: ‘DEA operation. Everybody stand down.‘”
Rodolphe Jaar is “considered the mastermind of the assassination.” The “Haitian Chilean businessman” may have a funny name but he also “was sentenced to life imprisonment by a federal court judge in Florida last summer.“
