U.S. Officials are sheepishly admitting that the Chinese hacked into the email inbox of our ambassador to China, Nicholas Burns. They also compromised assistant secretary of state for East Asia Daniel Kritenbrink, among others.
China hacked crucial accounts
The scandal plagued Biden regime is afraid to admit that China has been reading State Department emails. Antony Blinken is hiding under a rock. He’s afraid if he pokes his head out he’s going to get another subpoena. New York Post is reporting, on July 20, that “hackers with ties to Beijing” were the ones who “penetrated” the sensitive accounts. Blinky got screwed.
They aren’t admitting the Chinese were reading his emails, too. They might not have seen his inbox but probably scanned everything he sent back and forth with the ones who were confirmed compromised.
As related by the Wall Street Journal, Burns and Kritenbrink “are believed to be the highest-ranking State Department officials known to have been victims of the attack.” That’s not good. China read all the notes flying back and forth about Blinken’s recent trip to Beijing, just before he went. Blinky’s department is taking the fifth.

“For security reasons, we will not be sharing additional information on the nature and scope of this cybersecurity incident at this time,” a State Department spokesunit commented.
It’s no wonder that Xi Jinping looked like Antony Blinken was something he just scraped off his shoe when he had to take the obligatory handshake photo. He knew what Blinky had been saying about him behind his back. He knows a few things about Joe and Hunter Biden, too, but he’s keeping those quiet until he can get good value out of his compromising evidence of Biden family corruption.
Nobody knew that China was tiptoeing through allegedly secret email accounts even though “the Department continuously monitors and responds to activity of concern on our networks.” Other than that, they aren’t saying a word. “Our investigation is ongoing, and we cannot provide further details at this time.”

Kritenbrink trailed along on trip
When Antony Blinken finally accomplished his long sought goal of a meeting with high officials on Chinese soil, Kritenbrink accompanied him on the June trip to China. Nobody is leaking “what the cyber intruders may have obtained from the incursion.”
All anyone can get out of rattled staffers is that so far, “there haven’t been public reports indicating Blinken’s account was breached.” That doesn’t rule out private reports, behind the scenes.
China managed to burrow their way into the messages of Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo. A few insiders are willing to confirm she got hit but officially, the Commerce Department did formally acknowledge that “their email systems were breached in the cyber campaign.”

Microsoft is working hard to distance themselves from culpability. They “disclosed details of the attack in a blog post,” making sure to describe the culprit as a “China-based actor.”
When Blinky finally managed to make it to Beijing, it was the “first time a sitting Secretary of State visited China in nearly five years.” Not only that, the Chinese Communist Party had been giving him the cold shoulder for months. They’re furious with our official stance on Taiwan, which recent diplomatic trips by their new Foreign Minister managed to undermine significantly.
Despite his clearly major success in getting Europe to declare that they’ll sit back and watch when the Pooh Bear starts his “re-unification” project, along with major deals in Russia, the Middle East and elsewhere, Dances With Wolves Qin Gang has been reported missing in action. It got hard to cover up when he started not showing up for appointments. His predecessor, Wang Yi, is back in the spotlight and filling in. Blinky it’s been reported, “brought up the cyber breach during a discussion with Chinese diplomat Wang Yi last week.” Previously, Wang was the one out of sight.
