Top lawmakers on the Judiciary Committee have a stern warning for former FBI agent Timothy Thibault. “Don’t shred anything.” He can’t burn or spill coffee on the evidence either. Nobody has seen him since he was escorted out of the office when he retired. He could be in another country by now. If he is still around, Republicans ordered him to “preserve any and all documents related to his work on the Hunter Biden investigation.”
Thibault in serious trouble
“Whistleblowers,” Republicans wrote directly to Thibault, “have come to Congress alleging that you were part of a scheme to undermine and discredit allegations of criminal wrongdoing by members of the Biden family.” Jim Jordan typed their letter up because he’s the ranking member of the committee. “Accordingly, we believe that you possess information relating to our investigation and we request your assistance with our inquiry.”
They would love to snatch his phone right now but know that’s never going to happen. Instead, they want to make him increasingly nervous as the midterms approach. If he bricks it or loses it or even if it’s stolen, the disgraced agent will be automatically assumed to have destroyed crucial evidence.
Thibault should “construe this preservation notice as an instruction to take all reasonable steps to prevent the destruction or alteration, whether intentionally or negligently, of all documents, communications, and other information, including electronic information and metadata, that are or may be responsive to this congressional inquiry,” they inform.

The letter was also signed by Darrell Issa of California.
According to at least one whistleblower working with Senator Charles Grassley, back in October of 2020, before the big election, “Thibault ordered that a probe into Hunter Biden’s alleged ‘criminal financial and related activity‘ be closed.” He did his best to make sure it would never be re-opened either. It didn’t work.
When he got caught he wasn’t even fired. He was getting ready to retire anyway, which he did in August. Conservatives would really love to see him spend his golden years behind bars.
Tony Bobulinski’s ‘handler’
Not only did Thibault officially declare Hunter Biden’s laptop totally off limits to investigators, he intentionally covered up everything a really important inside whistleblower was reporting. Tony Bobulinski was Hunter Biden’s business partner, until he turned rat.
He brought hard evidence of a scheme for Hunter to peddle access to Joe. They were cashing in from Ukraine, Russia, and China. Guess who he was assigned to spill his guts to. As soon has he was done, the rogue agent flushed it all safely down the toilet and sanitized it.
Christopher Wray calls the scandal “deeply troubling.” He’s not troubled that agent Thibault acted illegally. He’s troubled that the agent got caught at it. Jim Jordan can’t wait to re-interview Mr. Bobulinski.
You can be he hasn’t destroyed any of the evidence. It wouldn’t matter anyway because there are copies of everything on the notorious laptop itself. He has his finger in all the controversial Deep State pies.
As the New York Post reveals, “Thibault is seemingly wrapped up in every whistleblower investigation.”
He’s tied to “the Hunter Biden scandal, the January 6th investigation, and even Joe Biden’s phony quest to tackle ‘extremism‘ throughout the United States.” If Republicans can manage to pull off a regime change in November, Agent Timothy Thibault is going to be the Republicans’ biggest target.
