The former New Jersey Superior Court Judge and Fox News contributor has resurfaced on Newsmax.
According to Napolitano, the GOP does not have enough evidence to impeach Joe Biden.

The problem for the GOP is that they have a lot of evidence, but they don’t have the true smoking gun that would convict Biden.
For conservatives, it is very clear that Biden was corrupt, but the media and Democrats will never buy into this unless they have a direct link, which they have yet to prove concretely.
The media and Democrats have dismissed Joe’s meetings, the text messages, and even witness testimony, which I think is the point that Napolitano was trying to make.
He stated, “You don’t have to show that depth of corruption.
“You only have to show that Joe Biden, when he was vice president, misused or allowed others to misuse his office in such a way, as though it appears to be bribery.”
He added that House Republicans “will have to show a little bit more than they have shown thus far because they have to interest the media in it, then the media would have to interest the American public in it.
“They [Republicans] can’t take an impeachment vote and lose it.
“If they don’t have a majority in the House, then this is … the only value this will be is to tarnish Joe’s brand, but not to bring him to trial.”
A partisan vote is one thing, but right now, Comer and company do not even have the full support of the GOP caucus on this.
If they put this on the House floor and it fails, or even in the Senate and they do not get every GOP vote, this entire impeachment will backfire on them.
