Incredibly, even with the Biden administration and other leftists groups trying to keep President Trump bogged down fighting legal wars, he still rises in the polls. Even CNN is forced to admit this. He’s been stuck in a New York court room for two weeks and still polls ahead of Biden. The firm SSRS conducted the poll that found Trump leading 49 to 43 in a slight decrease from a January poll.
Trump vs Biden record
Americans view the previous presidency better than the current at 55 percent, up from 44 percent after the January 6 incident. Well over half, or 61% view the Biden presidency as detrimental or a failure with only 39 percent calling it a success.
Other polls such as Emerson, NBC News, New York Times/Sienna College, and Daily Kos/Civiqs agree with CNN. Trump holds between a one and three point lead over Biden.
Yahoo and Quinnipiac show the two as being tied with Morning Consult and Marist showing Biden in the lead. RCP is an aggregator that shows Trump ahead by one.

Trump ahead in battleground
Newsweek reports he’s ahead in the battleground states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. The polling website FiveThirtyEight agrees. Leads range from 1.1 in Pennsylvania to 6.3 in Georgia.
For the most part RealClearPolitics lines up too. The only difference being FiveThirtyEight shows Biden up in PA by .04 points mid April.
According to Newsweek, if the election were held today, Trump would win both the electoral college and the popular vote. According to Reuters, the last Republican to do this was George Bush in 2004.

The Biden team bewildered
Democrats do not understand how Trump can be so tied up in their machinations and still be ahead in the polls. He’s running between court rooms and paying ridiculous bonds. Americans still love him because they see what’s going on.
The court rooms are rigged. They stink of collusion between local DA’s and the current administration that even the New York Times acknowledged.
The paper published an essay by Boston University law professor Jed Handelsman Shugerman that’s titled, “I Thought the Bragg Case Against Trump Was a Legal Embarrassment. Now I Think It’s a Historic Mistake.” Shugerman points out the weaknesses in the case.
The American lifestyle
It boils down to how our lifestyles have improved or decreased between the two presidencies. Bob Bartels, a former lifelong Democrat and business manager of Steamfitters Local 638 in New York and Long Island saw the difference.
Bartels spoke with Brian Kilmeade on Fox. “We are very tired of the situation with groceries, inflation, gas prices, illegal immigration, crime. We are living it every day in New York City.”
It is unknown whether Biden can fix his downward spiral. The possibility of him doing that grows worse every day.
