Just how independent is the DOJ from this administration?
If the attorney for a recent IRS whistleblower is right, not very.
Attorney Mark Lytle is throwing around all kinds of accusations right now.
Taking Direction
Lytle is the attorney for an IRS whistleblower in the Hunter Biden investigation.
He stated, “I was initially encouraged at the outreach from Brad Weinsheimer, in the office of the Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, that they were interested in learning about any allegations of wrongdoing at the department (in the Hunter Biden probe) and that they wanted to create a safe environment for whistleblowers.
“But that all went out the window when the IRS agents were kicked off the case.”
Lytle added, “The fact that the office of the deputy attorney general reached out to whistleblowers, then we learned that the same senior DOJ official was apparently meeting with Weiss and counsel for Hunter Biden, indicate Weiss did not have complete authority to make decisions on the case — contrary to what Weiss and the attorney general have told the public.”
I have never believed Biden’s claim that he is not sticking his nose into these cases.
I also firmly believe that when Garland was given the position, he was specifically told to protect Joe and Hunter Biden at all costs.
These claims can only be brushed off for so long until someone in the media wakes up to realize that the Biden family is about as corrupt as it gets.
