Just when Biden thought his dumpster fire of a presidency couldn’t get any worse, it appears Donald Trump is beating sleepy Joe in four national polls, despite skipping the first GOP primary debate and being indicted four times this year.
With numerous harrowing crises erupting on his watch, it is beginning to look like Biden will turn out to be a one-term president.
Democratic pollsters Douglas Schoen and Carly Cooperman wrote in The Hill that “Inflation fatigue has fostered widespread economic pessimism.”
Only 33 percent of voters believe the US economy is heading in the right direction while 58 percent think it’s on the wrong track.
Furthermore, people are twice as likely to say their personal financial situation has worsened over the last year (42 percent) rather than improved (22 percent).
This makes sense why Donald Trump would beat Joe Biden 47 to 43% according to McLaughlin & Associates poll and 46% to 44%, according to Emerson College Polling.
Similarly, Reuters/Ipsos survey showed 38% for Trump compared with 32% for Biden if an election was held today.
These polls demonstrate how frustrated Americans are with inflation and wariness towards Kamala Harris being just an 80-year-old’s heartbeat away from presidency, which reflects poorly on Joe Biden’s reelection chances.
Despite liberal corporate media trying hard to convince people that everything is alright, citizens know when their everyday experiences contradict this narrative they are being fed.
With shocking crime rates and daily border invasions happening during his tenure, it’s no surprise that polls reflect badly on President Biden’s administration as it appears increasingly beleaguered and disordered.
