The newly elevated “Special Counsel” allegedly in charge of investigating Hunter Biden has a direct connection to the suspect’s brother Beau. For instance, David Weiss worked closely with Joe’s “good son” to secure a high profile fraud conviction back in 2010, while Hunter’s older brother served as Delaware’s attorney general.
Buddies with Beau
David Weiss happened to be buddies with Beau Biden, before he passed away. If he was still around, they never would have needed Hunter to go around peddling the family influence. The older brother was much more reliable and less prone to putting himself in compromising positions.
More and more evidence keeps surfacing to indicate that David Weiss is hopelessly compromised and his mock investigation was never intended to produce any charges or penalties at all. Especially no penalties and most particularly none which could land on Joe.
Weiss, it’s being reported, “worked with Joe Biden’s eldest son to hash out prosecution strategies.” They swore to prosecute the hell out of everyone, just not themselves.

“We will continue to aggressively pursue all types of fraud in order to protect the public,” Weiss is on record declaring, at the time. He and Beau were a regular pair of caped crusaders defending Delaware citizens from the undesirable types who threaten their property values.
Today, Washington Post writes, “that little-known history highlights the deep challenges Weiss faces as he pursues a newly recharged investigation into Beau’s brother, Hunter Biden, in a small state long politically dominated by their father.” Beau Biden was more popular than Joe.
Before Weiss was appointed U.S. Attorney for Delaware by Donald Trump, he “spent two years as acting U.S. attorney under President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden and then remained as a top deputy for the remainder of their term.” In other words, he’s been a Biden insider for more than a decade. That looks a whole lot like a conflict of interest with his allegedly ongoing investigation.
Weiss is clearly compromised
Senator Lindsey Graham is a good ole boy from a the southern state of South Carolina and it’s obvious to him that something’s definitely not right. He knew Beau Biden from his days as Attorney General. “Mr. Weiss has been compromised,” Graham told Fox News viewers.
An unnamed staffer on the House Judiciary Committee added that Weiss “can’t be trusted.” The IRS whistleblowers have been testifying themselves hoarse about how Merrick Garland was limiting the scope of the Hunter Biden probe.
All along, Weiss denied that he wasn’t being given proper authority because he never had any intention of filing any charges at all. He was all set to close out the whole case with nothing but a “deferred prosecution” agreement on the gun charge.

That’s when the IRS investigators went public. With his arm still sticking out of the cookie jar, he quickly filed a couple meaningless misdemeanors and thought he could sneak it past the judge. It didn’t slide through. She didn’t know he was connected to Beau Biden but she asked all the right questions anyway.
Instead of rubber stamping the deal into history, Judge Maryellen Noreika started asking questions about how Hunter was getting such a sweet one. Nobody mentioned it was because his brother was Beau Biden.
Everyone in Delaware knows how close Weiss is to the Bidens. Joe Biden “has been the most consequential figure since 1972 and I’m sure he and Weiss crossed paths.“
