Joe Biden wants to look like he’s getting tough at the border by sending troops but that’s only an illusion. He’s not sending them to hold the line. They won’t prevent invading illegal aliens and drug smugglers from crossing. The soldiers will be there to help them come on in. Their primary mission will be “support services” to expedite the increased processing flow.
Troops to aid invasion
Joe Biden’s handlers are “making plans to send an additional 1,500 active-duty troops to the US-Mexico border in anticipation of an influx of migrants when the Title 42 public health authority expires next week.”
Under their Orwellian way of looking at things, anyone who comes in through the door is a “legal” immigrant, no questions asked. The only way to be considered an “illegal” immigrant is by jumping the border and being caught at it.
According to Biden minions, the Pentagon has “long provided support to the Department of Homeland Security on the border.” Usually, it is to help keep the invaders out, not welcome them in.
Biden says he will deploy 1,500 troops to the border — primarily to do paperwork. And only for 90 days.
This does nothing to stop illegal immigration.

While it isn’t unusual for a surge of military personnel in the area, what’s different this time is the reason. Right now, there are already 2,500 National Guard troops on the border. They do the heavy lifting and help out around the edges.
“As they’ve done before, the troops would serve in administrative roles and not perform any law enforcement function,” Biden officials are quick to explain.
“Their assistance is intended to free up resources at the Department of Homeland Security so that US Customs and Border Protection can operate more freely in the field.” They want CBP agents out in the desert and far, far away from House committee hearings.

Stop the smugglers
Biden is sending the troops down so that CBP agents can concentrate on what they do best, stop people coming through. Any migrants they catch can be deported with clear conscience because they were warned to use the gates. Drug smugglers have always been fair game.
The move sends a clear message, stick to busting the fentanyl mules and leave the immigration processing to Alejandro Mayorkas. If they line up and come in through the door, they’re welcome anywhere in the heartland and buses will be waiting to whisk them away.
“At the request of DHS, DOD will provide a temporary increase of an additional 1,500 military personnel, for 90 days, to supplement CBP efforts at the border.”

The 1,500 fresh troops “will fill critical capability gaps, such as ground-based detection and monitoring, data entry, and warehouse support.” They’ll be there as long as they’re needed but CBP is expected to eventually “address these needs through contracted support.”
No matter what Mayorkas says, the migrants massed along our southern border are convinced that the end of title 42 on May 11 means each and every one of them will finally be allowed in. The reality is that the vast majority have already been processed and rejected. They won’t get any further than the razor wire.
If they do, they’ll actually get deported back where they belong. Once they find out they’re not getting in, you can bet they’ll try harder. To bad the troops won’t be working to defend against them.
