Not long after the 2016 election had been finalized, Senator Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) started to run off at the mouth.
Trump, at the time, was hammering the FBI over delaying a briefing on Russian collusion.
Schumer warned him against calling out our intelligence agencies, warning there were “six ways” they could take him down.
Little did anyone know at the time that Schumer’s prediction would come true in 2022.
Six Ways…
Schumer was on MSNBC with Rachel Maddow when he stated, “You take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you, so even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he’s being really dumb to do this.”
Maddow, with zero outrage over the intelligence agencies of this country going rogue, asked, “What do you think the intelligence community would do if they were motivated to?”
Schumer, very calmly, replied, “I don’t know, but from what I am told, they are very upset with how he has treated them and talked about them.
“And we need the intelligence community.
“Look at the Russian hacking. Without the intelligence community we wouldn’t have discovered it.”
Maddow then asked, “Do we think he has an agenda to try to dismantle parts of the intelligence community? I mean this form of taunting hostility.”
“Let me tell you, whether you’re a super liberal Democrat or a very conservative Republican, you should be against dismantling the intelligence community.”

If the FBI went rogue and conducted a revenge hit against Trump, this should have outraged our elected officials, but Schumer was clearly taking joy in the idea, almost relishing in it.
That tells you as much as you need to know about the Democrat Party today.
