America is facing “grave” times, because our DOJ is dangerous, political pundit and Fox News host Mark Levin warns. Merrick Garland is running around acting like he runs the country. Worse, with help from all the Democrats, he’s been getting away with it. Congress should have the power to end it.

Dangerous DOJ stonewalling

On Sunday, February 5, Mark Levin devoted his Fox show to explaining just how “dangerous” the DOJ has become. We’re facing “grave” times, he insists.

House conservatives are already ramping up major investigations into Biden family influence peddling and alleged mishandling of classified documents. The defensive “stonewalling” is already in progress, too. The rats think they’re firmly in charge of the cheese.

Levin isn’t the only one who expected the Deep State team of Biden family lawyers, Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray to try blocking the probes. They may get away with it for a while but not forever. The DOJ isn’t as all powerful as they seem, Levin reminds.

Everyone in conservative America is asking the same question. “What do we do as a country if they stonewall the House of Representatives, a majority of whom are Republicans?” The National Archives is apparently in on it as well.

What do we do as a country if the National Archives, also part of the executive branch, is also stonewalling these Republicans?” Those both combine into a single question. “In other words, what do we do if the separation of powers is being violated by the executive branch?

Violated is the perfect word for what’s happening inside the DOJ. Lady Liberty is being raped by the Just Us Department while the Federal Bureau of Instigation holds her down and films it. Conservative Americans try to report the crime, only to learn the detectives were the ones who committed it. They’ll check into it, they promise.

Not created by Constitution

The DOJ wasted no time telling Jim Jordan where he can stick his requests for information about Joe Biden’s wayward classified documents. The magic spell they’re using to ward off all the deplorable Republican demons is they can’t hand over anything because “it would potentially jeopardize” their own investigation.

That, Levin notes, is what makes them the “most dangerous” FBI and Justice Department “since both agencies were founded.” That’s saying a lot, considering what we know about J. Edgar Hoover and the origins of the Federal Bureau of Instigation. The bureau started with Hoover’s collection of blackmail files.

There’s good news, Levin explains. “You know, the Department of Justice, the attorney general, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. attorney, none of them are in the Constitution.

Each and every one of those positions and entities were all created by Congress. “So how can it be that they can stiff-arm the United States Congress? Well, here’s the deal. They can’t.” That’s called contempt of Congress

The Republican controlled House, Levin insists, has the power to “preserve their authority.” Our founding fathers set things up that way. That doesn’t mean results will happen overnight. “The Republican House has to preserve the separation of powers and has to preserve our governmental system.

Normally, the way things are supposed to work, “there’s supposed to be a balance and negotiation. You sort of work things out one branch with another.” The DOJ doesn’t want to negotiate. That’s why they’re dangerous. They’re “corrupt in the sense that they are using the law against their political opponents, and they’re corrupt in the sense that they basically dare you to do anything about it because they’re not going to enforce it.” Since they won’t enforce the law, it’s time for Congress to enforce the agreements. Stay tuned, this one could go either way.
