In about a week, we are going to get a big announcement from Donald Trump.
The date has been purposely leaked to generate interest.
On November 15, Donald Trump is expected to announce that he will run for President again.
Yes or NO?
Tuesday night should have been a wake-up call for Donald Trump, but it was not.
Trump is bragging about 170+ wins on election day, but he failed to mention that most of those wins were seats that were locked in.
What you really need to look at is his “new” candidates that were running battleground states.
Trump got clocked in those races, losing all but two gubernatorial races so far.
Then look at the Senate races, most notably Mehmet Oz who lost to John Fetterman.
The people of this country have spoken, and they openly rejected Trump’s recruited candidates.
It is tough to imagine Trump winning an election when these candidates failed so miserably, especially when you consider how badly Biden is doing right now.
Having said that, Trump is already playing hardball with DeSantis, warning him that he will get “hurt” if he runs (meaning politically), as well as allegedly threatening to expose dirt he says he has on DeSantis.
I am not sure what Trump would hope to achieve by trying to play dirty with the most popular and effective GOP governor in the country right now.
If Trump went that route, I think he would lose significant support, and it is just a dumb idea.
Having said all that, even with a runoff election to fight in December, Trump has not backed off November 15 for a big announcement.
