Yet more classified documents have been located outside of National Archives.
Mike Pence has decided to join this party.
After searching his home, he also found classified documents.
Only he handled it a bit differently than Joe did.
Come On Over
Pence found the documents after doing a complete search on January 18.
The documents were placed in a safe, National Archives was alerted, and here is where things get a little different.
The FBI came knocking on Pence’s door the next day to take control of the documents, not exactly the same procedure that was followed for Joe Biden.
Pence also immediately went public with the discovery, something that took Biden months to do, and only because the media got wind of the story.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) commenting on the Pence findings, stating, “Former Vice President Mike Pence reached out today about classified documents found at his home in Indiana.
“He has agreed to fully cooperate with congressional oversight and any questions we have about the matter.
“Former Vice President Pence’s transparency stands in stark contrast to Biden White House staff who continue to withhold information from Congress and the American people.”
I just can’t stop asking why procedures are not being followed for classified documents by the top officials in this country.
