Just last week, polling was going the wrong way for the GOP.
JD Vance was now trailing and John Fetterman had once again opened up a double-digit lead on Mehmet Oz.
This week is a new week, and both races have entirely flipped.
Big Turn of Events
The latest Trafalgar poll still has Fetterman leading, but he is now only up 47.7 to 45.9, down from a 10-point lead in a recent Monmouth University poll.
Trafalgar has a history of being a bit off, but that poll matches up with Fetterman internal polling, so Oz is definitely making up ground.
The usually reliable Emerson College/The Hill poll also gives good news to Republicans.
JD Vance, who was down by as much as four points in recent polls to Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH), is now back in the lead in the Ohio Senate race.
Vance moved out to a 44-40 lead.
He has also improved over the August version of this poll, picking up an additional point.
If both of these candidates with their respective races and we can get Walker or Masters to win at least one of their races, chances are we take the Senate back.
