This was to show unity to the world between the United States and Israel.
While he was doing that, Jill Biden was having a party at the White House with a group that despises Israel.

When Donald Trump was in office, he removed us from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
When we left, Israel also left.
The reason was some of the anti-Semitic comments that came from the organization.
This is also the organization that claimed Israel has a connection to Jerusalem.
When the organization admitted Palestine as a member state, the Obama administration cut funding.
So, what did Joe Biden do when he came into office?
He rejoined the organization as well as getting legislation passed through what at the time was Democrat-run Congress to pay back dues that would have been paid had Trump never pulled us out.
This is the group that Jill Biden hosted at the White House on the same day her husband was hugging Netanyahu.
Actions speak louder than words, and most of the actions of this administration show very little loyalty to Israel.
