Vivek Ramaswamy is playing the long game with Trump supporters.
After the recent Turning Point event, it became pretty clear that he is the second choice after Trump.
So, guess what he just did, and created a meltdown among Democrats in the process.
I’ll Do It
From my perspective, this is a two-horse race, and one of those horses is missing a shoe.
It is Trump’s race to lose.
However, what happens if Trump is found guilty and goes to jail?
Well, Ramaswamy has been playing up to Trump supporters and he just did it again.
When asked if he would pardon Trump if he were to get the nod and win the election, he did not hesitate.
Ramaswamy responded, “The standard I use as our next president is what moves our country forward?
“What is the right thing for the United States of America?
“I would pardon him. I intend to be our next president, and yes, I do believe I will move us forward.
“I believe one of the right ways to do that is pardon the former president of the United States from what is clearly a politicized persecution.”
I hate to say this, but if he thinks pardoning Trump will get unity in this country, he is out of his mind.
But, on the other hand, it will endear him even further to the MAGA crowd, and that is really all he is worried about.
