You know those made-up scandals that Joe Biden says the GOP is creating with his family.
Well, another one just popped up.
This one to the tune of $140 million.

In 2011, there was a rift between a U.S. construction company and the Saudis.
The construction company hired James Biden to come in and represent them.
The company was called Hill International.
The reason they did this was because Hill International knew that the Saudis would not try to screw over the brother of the vice president of the United States.
James Biden had a small stake in a subsidiary company of Hill International, which came in very useful in this particular instance.
Court documents stated, “[James Biden] stated that he was often sent to meetings to represent Hill because ‘of course, the name didn’t hurt.’”
Former U.S. Treasury official Thomas Sullivan, who was also working on the deal, stated, “I asked specifically if he [James Biden] had attended a meeting with the Saudi Ministry of Trade in mid-February 2012 to receive the final payment for the work Hill had performed.
“He answered that, to the best of his memory, he had been at such a meeting, and that the reason he had attended was ‘because of his position and relationship’ with his brother.”
So much for the Biden family not benefiting from Joe being the VP.
