Washington State has petitioned HHS to be able to provide healthcare benefits for illegal immigrants.
Unfortunately, the administration has agreed, meaning the American people are going to get hit with more bills.

Ironically, the Biden administration rolled back regulations that were put in place during the Obama-Biden administration.
The Affordable Care Act blocks illegal immigrants from receiving healthcare benefits.
The request by Washington was to roll back the rule in the state.
The only way that rollback could happen was with approval by HHS and the Treasury Department.
A joint statement issued by the two departments stated, “Washington has requested a waiver in order to expand access to qualified health plans, stand-alone qualified dental plans, and a state affordability program to Washington residents regardless of immigration status.
“The waiver will help Washington work towards its goals of improving health equity and reducing racial disparities by expanding access to coverage for the uninsured population through the state Exchange, all the while not increasing costs for those currently enrolled.”
Nice to see that Biden is breaking rules that his old administration put in place.
