Political correctness or being woke, like COVID, has destroyed a lot of lives. One good thing to come out of it is seeing a normally very patient America wake up to that cancer. The Super Bowl has become another venue for wokeness as of 2020 when Commissioner Roger Goodell allowed Colin Kaepernick to protest and begged teams to sign him, which none did. Kaepernick wound up being an activist instead.
The Super Bowl crowd is more American
Than the elected Democrat Steve Cohen. Cohen fumed at the crowd response to Andra Day singing “Lift Every Voice and Sing” being called “the black national anthem”. This has been played at the Super Bowl since George Floyd.
Day is a good singer even if her last album was nine years ago. Unfortunately the reaction to her was muted or subdued.
Hi American Negro here – y’all have my permission to not stand for the fake national anthem. Notice how the divisive rhetoric always generates from non black non white agitators who reap the financial benefits of our disharmony.

The Super Bowl crowd loved Reba
The reaction to Reba McEntire singing our National Anthem was the opposite, drawing wild applause and tears even from a player. Steve Cohen of Tennessee describes himself as “Champion for Justice and Civil Rights on Judiciary Committee”. He decided to virtue signal or get performative on social media.
“Very very few stood at Super Bowl for ‘Lift Every Voice and Sing,’ The Negro National Anthem. Not a pretty picture of Super Bowl crowd.” First things first, the NEGRO national anthem? It’s not 1968. Cohen is very white. Memphis is part of his district and is 63% black.
The AMERICAN national anthem doesn’t see color. Dems have been the front line in dividing this country with race wars.

The Super Bowl crowd tolerated Andra Day
Cohen will need to explain his description of that song to his constituency. If that comes up at a town hall, there won’t be enough performativity to save him. The wider social media world told him to get bent.
Among other things was the response that the National Anthem doesn’t see color and that Democrats keep pointing out the color in the attempt to divide Americans. At least one black pointed that out and offered permission to remain seated at the fake national anthem.
