Donald Trump can add a new record to his resume.
Trump’s mugshot has blown up sales for Ultra Right beer.
The company is owned by Seth Weathers, who slapped the mugshot on his beer and sold it as a limited edition product.
Rocking Sales
According to Weathers, after he put the can out there, he sold what amounted to five tractor-trailers filled with beer.
Considering that he sells his beer for $25 a six-pack, plus shipping, that is a big bounty. He does offer free shipping if you buy a case of the beer, however, which comes to $100 for a case of domestic beer.
Weathers stated, “Sales have poured in from the moment we launched,” Weathers added. “With over $1 million in beer and merchandise sales, we’ve raised over $50,000 for the legal defense of the Georgia Trump electors and the Georgia Republican Party.
“Conservative Dad’s Ultra Right Beer puts our money where our mouth is – we’re doing our part to fight back against the unjust persecution of American patriots.”
Now, I am not paying $100 for a case of any beer, but we would love to hear back from people who did buy it.
Did you drink it? Are you saving the cans as a collectible?
If you did actually consume the beer, please let us know what it tasted like and share it with our readers.
There is one thing that could end this little run Weathers is having, however.
The image he used has a copyright owned by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.
If he did not get permission to use it, they could sue him for every penny he made selling that beer, which would likely put him out of business.
So far, we have not seen any intent by Fulton County to do so, but it would not surprise me if Fani Willis put a bug in their ear to do just that.
