I don’t know what is in the water at airports these days, but we have seen a shocking number of fights.
Generally, it has been one-on-one action, but not this time.
A massive brawl broke out at the baggage carousel at O’Hare in Chicago, and, of course, more people were interested in videoing it than in breaking it up.
Throwing Hands
What caused this fight is still not known, but it quickly got out of hand.
There was some type of argument going on among passengers as the plane was deplaning, which continued on the escalator.
A woman was then hit by two other individuals.
At this point, two women are seen on the ground, pulling each other’s hair.
Once that broke up, another woman was attacked from behind.
A man jumps in, apparently to protect the woman who was assaulted, and shoves the female attacker.
Then another man steps in to defend her, which is when all hell broke loose…
From that mess, two people were charged with misdemeanor battery.
An airport official stated, “Safety and security are always the top priorities of the Chicago Department of Aviation.
“We work closely with all of our federal partners present at O’Hare and Midway International Airports and the Chicago Police Department to ensure that everyone is safe when they are in our facilities.”
This stuff just makes you not want to leave your house, and surely not go on an airplane, as we have even seen massive brawls breaking out on planes.
