Donald Trump jumped through the flaming hoops the Just Us Department lit just for him in Miami, Florida, on Tuesday. Everything went just as expected. The rightful President declared his innocence on all 37 trumped up federal charges. He’s been released on his own recognizance, along with his co-defendant Walt Nauta. The most important thing is that the judge didn’t place any restrictions on Trump’s travel so it won’t disrupt his campaign schedule.

Rightful President Donald Trump appeared as scheduled at the federal courthouse in Miami on Tuesday, June 13. He was welcomed by crowds of flag waving supporters and a handful of protesters. He now adds another dubious distinction to his collection of records as the first “former* president to face federal charges in U.S. history.”
With what we’re learning about the Biden bribe case and the FBI’s lack of interest in prosecuting Democrats, it’s arguable that Trump is rightfully president now. Some have been recognizing his “government in exile” with it’s seat at Mar-a-Lago. There’s more historic precedent for that than arresting him for political purposes.
It’s obvious to everyone on the right that the timing of this sham indictment is intentionally meant to distract from the crimes recently exposed involving the Biden family. Trump was charged the same day America learned that the owner of Burisma paid Joe $5 million and Hunter an equal amount to make his problem prosecutor go away.
This is just incredible.

Quid pro Joe held up his end of that deal and Viktor Shokin hit the unemployment line. Mykola Zlochevsky and his accountant both kept records of the bribes they paid and Zlochevsky allegedly has audio recordings of Joe and Hunter to back it up. The FBI has known all that for nearly eight years now and apparently done nothing to pursue it.
There wasn’t any perp-walk or handcuffs for Trump or his aide. They didn’t take a mug shot of the president but did take one of Walt Nauta. They fingerprinted both electronically before the defendants were led into the courtroom. He’s been charged by Grand Inquisitor Jack Smith on 37 counts.
Now, the corrupt and weaponized secret police will attempt to prove that the president “mishandled classified documents brought to his Mar-a-Lago resort and engaged in a conspiracy to obstruct justice.” If anything, he committed justice to obstruct an illegal conspiracy, his loyal fans reply. They aren’t phased by this and consider it more badges and medals for our fearless leader’s unwavering patriotism.
Security was tight
One of the biggest criticisms the right has concerning these baseless and inflammatory bogus charges is that they’re exposing Donald Trump to major security risks at every one of these forced appearances.
Other than a large security presence which kept the crowd well under control, Tuesday’s proceedings were largely routine. Later this evening, the president is expected to make a formal statement. He’s returning to his resort in Bedminster, New Jersey.
Future hearings will be judged by Alieen Cannon, a Trump appointee but today Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman oversaw the proceedings. The president did not address the court as his attorneys handled his defense.

Mr. Nauta was not arraigned because he doesn’t have local counsel. He did get credit for an initial appearance with his D.C. attorney Stanley Woodward. The aide “faces six counts, including several obstruction- and concealment-related charges.”
Lawyers for President Trump requested a jury trial. As far as orders go, the judge didn’t order the president to stop communicating with his aide but they aren’t supposed to talk about the case.
There won’t be any restrictions on Trump’s travel and he won’t have to surrender his passport. The judge did suggest that the persecution “make a list of potential witnesses that Trump can’t communicate with about the case – except through counsel.“
