The election of Joe Biden as President of the United States in 20202 still has many Republicans left feeling betrayed and angry. Among their grievances was the selection of Kamala Harris, a Senator from California, to serve as Vice President.
Her qualifications for this role are highly questionable and paint an unfavorable picture of her suitability as our nation’s second-in-command. Many Republicans feel that she is not competent enough to fill such a significant role for a number of reasons.
One of the major criticisms leveled against Kamala Harris is her lack of experience with executive positions. Prior to her work as a California senator, she was only ever elected into legislative roles such as District Attorney and Attorney General in California.
This lack of executive experience has made it difficult to trust her with any responsibility during her time as Vice President.
Furthermore, her record during these previous positions does little to inspire confidence; many point out how she exercised poor judgment on multiple occasions during this time period which could have had devastating consequences if left unchecked.
Not to mention how many conservatives take issue with her questionable ideology, which many believe are not truly in line with what it means to be an American citizen.
Now, we consider the laundry list of gaffes Harris has made throughout her time as Vice President…all of which further solidify her incompetency. And this most recent one is no different.
Harris could be seen humiliating herself on live TV while appearing at the Essence Festival of Culture. When asked how she would define culture, Harris spits out an entire word salad to explain her definition…leaving many scratching their head.
