If you wanted to know who Donald Trump was and you don’t follow American politics, don’t ask the mainstream media. Among the words the media would use are angry, aggressive, thin-skinned, humorless, vindictive and stupid. They’re all wrong. Yes, he’s brash but he’s also thoughtful, caring and self-deprecating. But this would mean he’s actually human, making the media look worse.

On major networks because it affords a glimpse of him that isn’t normally seen. Trump was told of Biden falling,
“He’s at the Air Force Academy? He actually fell down? Well I hope he wasn’t hurt. I hope he wasn’t hurt. But the — Look, the whole thing is crazy. You gotta be careful about that. You gotta be careful about that because you don’t want that. Even if you have to tiptoe down a ramp.”
There was a little laughter at the last line. Trump poked fun at his own trouble on a ramp in June of 2020.

Trump spoke at West Point
He had carefully walked down that ramp. The video went viral. The irony is Biden mocked that video. But Trump has no problem laughing at himself over it.
The media paints him as being an egomaniac but that’s not what you see in this clip. When a political opponent has had trouble he’s shown a human side. That happened when he learned of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg while on the airport tarmac.

“She was amazing”
Trump had said, “She just died? Wow, I didn’t know that. You’re telling me now for the first time. She led an amazing life. What else can you say? She was an amazing woman. Whether you agreed or not, she was an amazing woman who led an amazing life. I’m actually sad to hear that. I am sad to hear that.”
Establishment media doesn’t want you seeing Trump has being human. They’ve spent years painting him as anything but.
