The long awaited report from Special Prosecutor John Durham just came out and everyone is talking about it. Democrats whimper that there isn’t anything in it that we didn’t already know. They also try to gloat that there aren’t any charges pending against anyone. Every time they try to snicker about that, they wince. Liberals fully understand that the reason there won’t be any charges is because all the investigators and prosecutors are criminals. That’s what Durham’s report really says.
Durham sums it up
Everyone in the FBI and DOJ who had anything to do with the “Crossfire Hurricane” debacle is either uselessly incompetent or a total criminal who deserves to be behind bars, John Durham reports. He leaves figuring out the answer to that part as an exercise for Congress. He’ll be meeting with Jim Jordan about it soon. The only reason none of them are being charged with their crimes is because they’re the ones who do the charging.
On May 12, 2023, the Special Counsel handed his report over to Attorney General Merrick Garland and that’s the crux of the whole dilemma. The rats have been in charge of guarding the cheese for far too long.
The FBI branch of the Hillary Clinton Fan Club was working overtime to prevent Donald Trump from being elected and they turned all of the Justice Department infrastructure into a weapon and pointed it directly at Trump to do it.
The President of the United States was falsely accused of being a foreign agent of Russia and framed for treason by the FBI, the Justice Department, and the American media, and no one will be held accountable.

When they were warned that Hillary was involved in an illegal attempt to frame Trump, for collusion with Russia, the FBI “declined” to open a file. Instead, they helped her to frame Trump for collusion with Russia. All John Durham can do is report what he found. He did and covered 316 pages doing it.
Durham was appointed to investigate Robert Mueller’s “witch hunt” into alleged collusion between Donald Trump and Russia in the 2016 election. It was a witch hunt, the special prosecutor concluded. What we now know is that Hillary Clinton was the one colluding with Russia. “The record in this matter reflects that upon receipt of unevaluated intelligence information from Australia, the FBI swiftly opened the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.” They did that even though they had been tipped off to a plan to frame Trump by Hillary and buried the file.
“This lack of action was despite the fact that the significance of the Clinton plan intelligence was such as to have prompted the Director of the CIA to brief the President, Vice President, Attorney General, Director of the FBI, and other senior government officials about its content within days of its receipt. It was also of enough importance for the CIA to send a formal written referral memorandum to Director Comey and the Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division, Peter Strzok, for their consideration and action.” The CIA asked for a criminal investigation into Hillary and got one into Trump instead.
Steel’s dirty dossier
Hillary Clinton used Glen Simpson at Fusion GPS to hire Christopher Steele. Steele got paid for socializing with his old friend Igor Danchenko. Danchenko went out drinking with his old friends in Kremlin intelligence and they thought up a whole bunch of whoppers to feed the FBI. Nobody in the FBI or DOJ bothered to actually verify any of it. They didn’t want to even try because they had a sneaky suspicion it was all lies to start with, which it was.
Instead, Durham reports, they used the lies to get wiretaps on Hillary’s presidential rival. They did it using the dirt she paid to produce. When Danchenko was given immunity from prosecution, he sang like a canary. Danchenko characterized the information he provided to Steele as “rumor and speculation.” He didn’t care if it was true. All he cared about was that it made Donald Trump look like someone who didn’t deserve to be elected.
“Our investigation determined that the Crossfire Hurricane investigators did not and could not corroborate any of the substantive allegations contained in the Steele reporting,” Durham writes.
Hillary Clinton created a plan to use the FBI and DOJ to launch the Trump-Russia collusion hoax.

“Nor was Steele able to produce corroboration for any of the reported allegations, even after being offered $1 million or more by the FBI for such corroboration.” That didn’t stop them from lying to the FISA court to get warrants tapping Carter Page.
It eventually got to the point where DOJ attorney Kevin Clinesmith intentionally forged evidence to say that Page was not a CIA asset at the time when he really was. That’s the biggest prosecution Durham was able to come up with. He made that charge stick but the defendant got no punishment at all. A suspended probation sentence and some community service for intentionally deceiving a powerful and secretive “star-chamber” tribunal.
Durham’s still fuming over his defeat in the Sussmann case. There’s no point in charging anyone else. They’re never going to face consequences for their crimes because the system is rigged in their favor by fellow criminals.
