Attorney General Merrick Garland may have just backed Joe Biden into a corner.
To oversee the classified documents that were found in Biden’s office, Garland named a former Trump appointee.
Biden’s fate now rests in the hands of U.S. Attorney John Lausch.

Initially, there were only 10 documents to review.
That, however, has changed rather dramatically in the last 48 hours or so.
Reports broke on Wednesday that more documents were found in a second location.
Point being, this was not a one-off situation, so when can we expect the big raid to take place?
Among the materials found were intelligence memos on Iran, the United Kingdom, and, wait for it, Ukraine.
Let’s go back to Joe Biden’s September interview on “60 Minutes.”
In that interview, he called Trump “totally irresponsible” for holding classified documents in his personal office at Mar-a-Lago.
What say you now, Joe Biden?
