The future success of this administration is hanging in the balance as we speak.

The Biden administration is now appealing to the Supreme Court to overturn a decision handed down by the 8th Circuit Court.

At stake is the future of Biden’s student loan forgiveness executive order.

Justice Kavanaugh

Judge Mark Pittman struck down the order, writing, “Whether the Program constitutes good public policy is not the role of this Court to determine.

“Still, no one can plausibly deny that it is either one of the largest delegations of legislative power to the executive branch, or one of the largest exercises of legislative power without congressional authority in the history of the United States.”

The Biden administration has now filed an emergency appeal, stating, “The Eighth Circuit’s erroneous injunction leaves millions of economically vulnerable borrowers in limbo, uncertain about the size of their debt and unable to make financial decisions with an accurate understanding of their future repayment obligations.”

The appeal continues, “This Court should vacate, or at minimum narrow, the injunction pending appeal entered by the court of appeals.

“If, however, the Court declines to vacate the injunction, it may wish to construe this application as a petition for a writ of certiorari before judgment, grant the petition, and set this case for expedited briefing and argument this Term.”

This would be Justice Kavanaugh’s jurisdiction, so I would expect that a stay may be put in place simply to elevate the issue to the court.

Either that, or he will deny hearing the case and tell the administration that it needs to abide by the lower court’s ruling.

I don’t see how Biden comes out on top of this decision.

If that order ultimately fails, there will be a lot of young, angry voters in this country for having been duped by Biden.
