Republicans might be under counted again for mid terms. The media and establishment Republicans have declared that MAGA Republicans are “the enemies of the state”. They’re too quiet. Not talking to polls, not putting stickers on their cars, signs in their yards or active on social media. But they vote. Pollsters may get things wrong again. That can beg the question as to why polls are done to begin with.
Hidden Republicans
Robert Cahaly is the founder and senior strategist for Trafalgar polling. “These submerged voters aren’t answering polls, they aren’t putting stickers on their cars, or signs in their yard — they’re not even posting on social media. They are underwater. They’re not saying a word to anybody until election day.”
Don’t trust any polls in the next couple of weeks. Pollsters are favoring Democrats so the last three elections haven’t been accurate.
Republicans aren’t favored
Cahaly continued, “Polls have two purposes. They’re either to reflect the electorate, or they’re to affect the electorate — and too many of these media and university-based polls are designed to affect the electorate and are trying to create a false narrative quite often when there’s not one.”
Americans are right to be skeptical of polls. A different narrative is being pushed. Cahaly finished with, “And so now they’re having to get back to reality because they don’t mind at all being wrong, but they hate it when somebody is right.”
Both Republicans and Democrats are confident
Republicans are confident due to the mess the Democrats have made. It will only take net five seats to gain a majority in the House.
Pennsylvania is the battleground state drawing the most attention. Dr. Mehmet Oz is facing Lt. Governor Democrat John Fetterman for the Senate seat. Fetterman had a stroke though so his health issues may be a problem.
