A former top staffer for disgraced New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is dead.
Sidney Wolf was killed early Sunday morning in a horrifying accident.
After being kicked out of a Lyft, he was hit by a car that had changed lanes and did not see him in the road.

It has been reported that some argument led to Wolf and his party being told to get out of the car.
Most of these drivers now have dash cams that record this; hopefully, this driver did.
If he cannot justify what he did, he could end up getting charged with the death of Wolf.
We know the driver stopped in the left lane and told them to get out, which they did.
As this was happening, a car that had been behind the Lyft changed lanes and ended up plowing right into Wolf, killing him.
He was the only member of the party that was struck.
The driver did remain on scene and police are investigating it.
Lyft has also stated that it is cooperating with the investigation.

Lyft also announced that the driver’s contract with Lyft has been terminated.
The company stated, “We have permanently removed the driver from the Lyft community and are assisting law enforcement with their investigation.”
