War is going to break out from time to time in the United States. We’re never more than a generation away from losing freedom. Scalise is happy to be here after being shot by a Democrat. Without police he might not be alive. He tweeted we must never defund police.
It’s been four years since a Bernie Sanders supporter was so enraged by Republicans that he attempted to assassinate a number of Republican members of Congress playing softball.
Watch for the unhealthy Democrat
They continue to be brainwashed so keep your eyes open. Scalise reminded us that we “must always speak out against political violence. We can’t allow the media or the left to forget about this attack simply because it doesn’t fit their narrative. Had it not been for the heroic actions of Capitol and Alexandria Police, myself and a dozen other Republican Members of Congress would have likely been assassinated that day. I am forever thankful for their heroism, and will always stand up for the brave men and women in law enforcement, and fight any efforts to defund police.”
Scalise continued, “God bless the officers who risk it all to keep us safe. We must never defund the police.” His tweet included a video grateful for law enforcement and the officers who stopped the shooter.
4 years ago police officers saved dozens of lives—including mine—from a leftist who came to the baseball field to kill Republican Members of Congress.
Without their heroism, we’d be dead.

The Democrat was killed
Before he could harm anybody else. Scalise video also included testimony from fellow survivor Brad Wenstrup of OH. He was disgusted the FBI classified the incident as “suicide by cop”.
Apparently it’s only assassination if a Democrat is killed but a Republican tried to commit suicide. Wenstrup talked about the shooter. “We know from his social media posts that he hated Republicans and he hated President Trump. He loved Bernie Sanders and held left-leaning beliefs.”
Sanders criticized the act
“I am sickened by this despicable act,” Sanders emphasized. “Let me be as clear as I can be. Violence of any kind is unacceptable in our society and I condemn this action in the strongest possible terms. Real change can only come about through nonviolent action, and anything else runs against our most deeply held American values.”
The Democrat opened fire on a crowd of Republican lawmakers getting ready for the Congressional baseball game the morning of June 14, 2017. It’s a charity game both parties enjoyed. Scalise, Zack Barth, an aid to Roger Williams of Texas and Matt Mika of Tyson foods were critically injured in that attack.
