Melania Trump feels betrayed. The First lady refused to even say the name of the traitor she once called a friend. On Friday, Mrs. Trump broke her silent fury to fire back at Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, “bigly.”
The rat was only out for a fast buck with her “dishonest” and “self-serving” manuscript. The things she said in her book made Melania so angry that only one of her husbands controversial words can describe it. According to the Oxford English Dictionary, bigly is a real word. “an adverb meaning ‘in a big manner’ or, archaically, ‘in a swelling blustering manner'”
Betrayed by friendship
In the wake of federal charges being filed against Stephanie Winston Wolkoff for violating her non-disclosure agreement, Melania Trump issued a written statement clarifying her position on the issues. There’s no doubt that Melania feels betrayed by the former adviser’s “tell-all” book.
“Major news outlets eagerly covered salacious claims made by a former contractor who advised my office. A person who said she ‘made me’ even though she hardly knew me, and someone who clung to me after my husband won the Presidency.”
Without the first lady’s knowledge, Wolkoff secretly taped their conversations then used the snippets out of context just to sell more copies. According to Melania, “Melania and Me: The Rise and Fall of My Friendship with the First Lady.” is filled with “idle gossip” meant to “distort” her character. The Justice Department felt betrayed too.
On Tuesday, the Department of Justice filed a federal lawsuit against the author alleging breach of a nondisclosure agreement and failure to provide an advance copy of the book for review. Wolkoff betrayed the White House by breaking her promise “to maintain strict confidentiality over ‘nonpublic, privileged and/or confidential information'” when she first signed up as a volunteer adviser to Melania back in 2017.
Unflattering innuendo
Besides taking private conversations and making them public, with quotes lifted out of context based on their value to pander to liberal hot-button issues in a chase of the almighty dollar. Some of the charges Melania was betrayed by include baseless claims that Melania had the White House bathroom renovated simply so she wouldn’t have to use the same facilities as Michelle Obama.
The truth is that Obama didn’t keep up the maintenance in his administration and when they moved in, the White House was infested with vermin. The bathroom was renovated as part of an extensive remodeling project that was on the drawing board before the Trump’s moved in.
Another scandalous claim was that Melania “complained” about having to decorate the White House for Christmas. It wasn’t that the first lady didn’t want to do her part, she simply wasn’t used to handling things which she normally delegated to staff.
While she was venting about the Christmas decorations while millions of other Americans were complaining about the yearly rigmarole themselves, she happened to mention that she was taking heat for kids in cages but nobody would listen when she kept saying that was Obama’s doing.
The thing that Melania felt the most betrayed by is that Her memoir “included blaming me for her ailing health from an accident she had long ago, and for bad news coverage that she brought upon herself and others. Never once looking within at her own dishonest behavior and all in an attempt to be relevant.”
These kinds of people, the first lady notes, “only care about their personal agenda — not about helping others.” The country shouldn’t “get lost in the noise of negativity and encourage ambition by those who seek only to promote themselves.”
