How Secret Donations, Ivy League Schools, Qatar, and the 2019-nCoV outbreak are ALL Connected

Two Ivy League American universities are the target of one disturbing investigation. The media reports a probe of secret foreign money but the real issue is what that money paid for.

Harvard has already been directly linked to the 2019-nCoV outbreak which looks suspiciously like an engineered bioweapon. Harvard also has heavy connections to the Pentagon. Yale could have helped Huawei and ZTE install encryption trap-doors in their equipment. There’s other spooky connections as well.

Secret donations from shady places

Nobody expects bombshell revelations from the Department of Education, but Erik Prince’s sister might have some inside information she’s keeping quiet about. Unless you knew the context of the story, the low key way the heavily biased mainstream media is telling that story would easily let it slide right under the radar. When you connect the dots, things get interesting.

Education Secretary Betsy DeVos held a press conference Thursday to announce an investigation by the Department of Education “into whether the universities of Harvard and Yale failed to report hundreds of millions of dollars in foreign gifts and contracts as required by law.”

Yale alone covered up “at least $375 million in foreign money over the last four years,” Reuters reports. “This is about transparency,” DeVos asserts. “If colleges and universities are accepting foreign money and gifts, their students, donors, and taxpayers deserve to know how much and from whom.”

A review of the records shows that over the past 30 years, “U.S. universities and colleges have reported more than $6.6 billion in donations from Qatar, China, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.” The department also says that figure is probably low and the audit is meant to uncover how much secret money they received. They aren’t estimating how much cash Harvard squirreled away.

All that money buys a lot of high technology

Only two weeks ago, Charles Lieber, the chair of Harvard University’s Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology was arrested for lying about his connections to the Wuhan Institute of Technology and all the money they paid him to set up and staff a secret lab, located conveniently in the epicenter of the 2019-nCoV outbreak.

At the same time, two other Chinese citizens were arrested, one a lieutenant in the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. The other tried to smuggle biological samples to China in his sock.

Over at Yale, spokesperson Karen Peart confirmed, “the university failed to appropriately disclose its foreign sources of funding between 2014 and 2017.” The Department of Education demanded “”records on contributions totaling $375 million from foreign governments.

DeVos accuses them of “‘soliciting donations’ from nations who are ‘hostile’ to the U.S. and who are potentially interested in stealing research from American universities and ‘[spreading] propaganda benefiting foreign governments.'”

Yale isn’t into the spooky government research contracts like Harvard is but what they are working on is just as sensitive. The letter to Yale’s President wants “records related to Chinese telecommunications companies, Huawei Technologies Co. and ZTE Corp.; two Russian groups, the Kaspersky Lab and Skolkovo Foundation; and Iran’s Alavi Foundation, among others.” They want to know who paid them. They also want to know who paid for the shiny new Jackson School of Global Affairs and the Law School’s Paul Tsai China Center.

Secret

China trying to do to us what we did to the rest of the world

The investigation into Yale highlights some mad spy vs. spy spook history. As the Hill reports, “for decades, the Central Intelligence Agency secretly monitored government communications from allies and adversaries through its previously undisclosed ownership of a Swiss firm, The Washington Post reported Tuesday.”

Or was it the National Security Agency? Probably both. Starting around 1970, the two alphabet agencies teamed up to create “Crypto AG” out of a secret toolkit left over from WWII. “The arrangement allowed the U.S. and its West German allies to make money off foreign governments while simultaneously stealing sensitive foreign government data and information.”

Crypto AG is kind of like the automatic encryption feature of Apple cell phones. The ones that AG William Barr really wants a back door built into. Crypto AG “sold equipment and made millions of dollars from the governments of Iran, India, Pakistan, the Vatican and military juntas in Latin America, who were all unaware of the CIA’s involvement.” Now we’re afraid the Chinese are doing it to us. “The U.S. has argued that Chinese smartphone maker Huawei poses a national security threat with its next-generation cellular networks.”

What the Education Department is really going to school on is how in the heck all of our secret ultra-high technology is leaking around the world before our enemies kill us with our own weapons.
