ICYMI – This indictment could wind up being the best thing that ever happened to Donald Trump.
Prior to the indictment, his poll numbers were lagging and money was drying up.
Since then, he has opened up a lead on DeSantis and his campaign has brought in a staggering $12 million in just a few days.

Trump is once again trying to present the attacks on him as an attack against the American people.
A recent email fundraiser stated, “The American people know that whenever I’m viciously and unfairly attacked, it’s really an attack on YOU.”
The campaign is also marketing a t-shirt of a mugshot of Trump, which seem to be the hottest thing around right now.
Within the first 24 hours of the indictment, $4 million poured in.
Trump’s campaign stated, “This incredible surge of grassroots contributions confirms that the American people see the indictment of President Trump as a disgraceful weaponization of our justice system by a Soros-funded prosecutor.”
Trump is now hoping to capitalize even further by going after the big money donors that abandoned him for DeSantis.
With his lead now opening up, even in head-to-head polling, Trump is hoping to pounce and get some of that funding back.
This surge for Trump was expected, but it is a matter of how long it will last and if Trump winds up in real legal trouble over this indictment.
The charges are bogus, as I think most would agree, but Trump has a liberal judge and a biased jury pool, which, as we have seen in the past, is very hard to overcome.
