If President Joe Biden had the cognitive ability to do what his masters think he should do, he would have likely remained on the 2024 ticket. The polls would have told a different story. But he’s verbally incontinent and couldn’t stay. He’s not commonly allowed out to talk now. He spoke with Robert Costa of CBS in a rare interview, giving us an insight as to who is really running the United States.
President in name only
Biden’s colleagues thought he’d hurt the party. “Look, polls we had showed that it was a neck-and-neck race, would have been down to the wire. But what happened was a number of my Democratic colleagues in the House and Senate thought that I was gonna hurt them in the races.”
The gaslighting doesn’t end. If polls showed a tight race, how could he hurt the party?
The phony selflessness showed up again. “And I was concerned if I stayed in the race that would be the topic. You’d be interviewing me about why did Nancy Pelosi say, why did so — ” and he trailed off in his normal way of not finishing a thought.
The President claimed
He said he didn’t want to be a distraction. He repeated this even as he clung to his campaign after his mental collapse in the debate with Trump.
The lies then multiplied. “Number two, when I ran the first time I thought of myself as being a transition president.” He had never given a hint before being forced out that he considered himself a “transition president”.
In fact, he was furious, sending a letter to Democrat colleagues demanding they rally around him as the candidate. Then came the unintelligible word salad, always referencing “democracy” in there somewhere.
The President is messed up
“I can’t even say how old I am. It’s hard for me to get it out of my mouth. And, but things got moving so quickly it didn’t happen. And the combination was that I thought it was a critical issue for me still is not a joke maintaining this democracy.”
You can’t be sure what he’s referencing about things moving and a combination. Should World War III show up on his watch, Biden isn’t likely to come to the podium.
For the remainder of the interview he dug up old hoaxes that he may or may not believe. It had a lot of gibberish and Soviet style propaganda. His reference to Pelosi is where he felt pressured out of the race. Schumer, Jeffries and Obama were among those who wanted him out.
