Anthony Weiner wife

Anthony Weiner’s Estranged Wife Begins to Spill the Beans

For those of you that don’t remember the dark times where it seemed for a little while like the Democrats were going to sway the 2016 election so that Hillary Clinton would become President, she had a right hand woman named Huma Abedin that was about as evil as evil can get.

Huma Abedin, estranged wife of the infamous Anthony Weiner and a key Hillary Clinton aide, claims that she was sexually assaulted by a U.S. Senator while working for then Senator Clinton at some point in the mid 2000s. Abedin reportedly describes a scenario she identifies as a sexual assault in an upcoming memoir which is being advertised as a tell-all which will discuss her marriage to Anthony Weiner and her time in the Clinton inner circle.

Huma Abedin describes encounter with unnamed senator

According to The Guardian, which obtained an advance copy of the thing, Abedin’s book does not provide any useful hints which might reveal the identity of the senator in question.

She describes attending a dinner with several senators and important aides. Abedin eventually left with the unnamed senator and accompanied him into his place of residence.

The “assault” which then occurred apparently consisted of this anonymous senator kissing Abedin and then apologizing and saying that he had misread the situation when she rebuffed his advances.

It sounds like an embarrassing and awkward situation and it could be somewhat damning if the senator was married but, for an assault, this incident must be about as mild as they get.

Abedin claims that she then remained friendly with the senator and that she buried the traumatic incident in her mind and only remembered it when the Kavanaugh nomination occurred in 2018.

Justice Kavanaugh endured a grueling confirmation process after a liberal activist claimed to have conveniently remembered that he had assaulted her decades ago.

Anthony Weiner's

Anthony Weiner’s wife now very concerned about this issue

We know nothing about which senator had the encounter with Abedin, or whether or not he is still in office, but it seems likely that the incident involved a Democrat.

Along with the fact that he was someone who a Clinton aide would have been friendly with, Abedin did not take the opportunity presented by the Kavanaugh hearing to publicize her own allegations.

If it had been a Republican senator we can assume that Abedin would not still be defending his reputation by keeping his name out of her book.

Regardless of his identity, it is interesting that someone who was married to Anthony Weiner and employed by a Clinton employs such a lax definition of sexual assault.

Her own description of the incident implies that the it was a simple mistake made by someone who misread the situation and apologized for it.

If that counts as sexual assault, what are Bill Clinton and Anthony Weiner guilty of? If Huma Abedin decided to really name all of the powerful predators and sex pests in her party there might not be anyone left to employ her.
