As the weather gets warmer, we are starting to see an uptick in violence in Dallas, TX, again.
The latest crime is a bit of a love triangle of sorts.
A father that was going through an ugly custody battle with his ex lost his case, just not in court.

Artemio Maldonado, 18, and Azucena Sanchez, 20, reportedly went to rob the home of the father of Sanchez’s son.
She and her ex were reportedly fighting for custody of their son.
They thought they were going into an empty home, but found four people inside when they broke in.
Shots were fired, and two men and two women were killed.
The shooting happened in the early morning hours, but the bodies were not found until that night.
All four were pronounced dead at the scene.
Maldonado has already copped to the murders.
Both are being charged with capital murder.
They killed four people and all they got for their effort was a murder charge and an empty box.
