I think House Democrat Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) has a little something up his sleeve.
Jeffries just made some comments that make me believe he is up to something on Truth Social.
Jeffries stated that Trump’s comments on the platform will “get someone killed.”
So, does this mean he is going to sic the government on them?
Huge Repercussions
Jeffries stated, “It’s dangerous.
“And if he keeps it up, he’s going to get someone killed.
“We’ve already seen the consequences of incitement from the former president.
“He is principally responsible on fighting the violent insurrection.
“That happened on January 6, but clearly, he has not learned his lesson.”
Jeffries was talking about a rant that Trump posted about Manhattan DA Bragg.
This is a problem for Trump because if the government decides to launch an investigation against Truth Social, that billion-dollar payday that Trump is waiting on will get delayed further.
If it goes on long enough for Trump to either lose or get knocked out of the race, Truth Social will fold.
The entire business model rests upon Trump being relevant, and if he is out the race, he loses a significant chunk of his relevancy, and I would bet just about anything the investors pull out of the deal.
Honestly, I think they already want out, but they are just trying to figure out how to do it.
