The case against Donald Trump in New York could be falling apart at the seams.
According to reports, grand jury testimony that was scheduled for Wednesday was canceled.
It is the rumored reason that this was canceled that has me thinking no indictment may ever come down now.
Trump Will Be Disappointed
There are more than a few reports that Trump is actually hoping he gets arrested.
He wants the full treatment, put in cuffs, perp walk, thrown in jail, all because he believes it will generate more sympathy for him and get him more votes.
I even read one report that Trump was hoping he could get shot to really draw in support.
He will be disappointed to know that an indictment may not actually happen.
Rumors are surfacing that prosecutors in the Manhattan DAs office are pushing back, believing that DA Bragg is pushing too hard on a very weak case.
Keep in mind, Bragg himself initially dropped the case when he took over the office because he did not think it was strong enough.
Only after Trump announced did he pick it back up.
I have also read reports that so far, the grand jury is not buying felony charges on the hush money, so this may all be much ado about nothing.
It will be very interesting to see how polls react if no indictment comes down because Trump has clearly gotten a boost, much like he did after the Mar-a-Lago raid.
