That would appear to be what is now happening with Joe Biden.
Sadly, he again had a gaffe with his teleprompter, but this one rivaled the infamous character played by Will Ferrell.

Joe Biden was giving a speech on how to report fraud on student loan forgiveness.
He was supposed to be telling people to go to ReportFraud.FTC.GOV.
Instead, Joe Biden stated, “If you get any questionable calls, please tell us by going to report fraud … report fraud, D-O-T, F-T-C, dot gov.”
Yes, he spelled out D-O-T instead of just saying dot.
Biden is so gone that he will literally read ANY WORDS they put on the teleprompter in front of him. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

Biden blew up the internet with a second statement this week as well, claiming that gasoline prices in California are ALWAYS over $7.00.
That is far from the truth.
When Trump was in office, gasoline prices in California were actually UNDER $3.00 at one point.
It was not until June 2021 that they went over $4.00, which is where they have remained since.
