Vladimir Putin appears to be going for the throat now.
On Monday, Ukraine’s capital city came under a vicious attack by Russian drones.
Explosions were heard and smoke was seen throughout the city.

It would appear as though Putin is now going for the throat.
Over the last two weeks, Putin has focused more on his air attack than his ground assault, which has always been a concern.
Ukraine may be able to hang on the ground, but it does not have the equipment or resources to be able to fend off aggressive air attacks.
For the most part, Kyiv has been left alone, but that has now changed.
The Shahed-136 drones are devastating the area, hitting civilian targets as well as energy infrastructure targets.
The elevated attacks by Putin started after the Crimean bridge strike.
While Ukraine never claimed responsibility for the attack, Putin assumed that was the case, and has used it to justify hitting infrastructure and civilian targets in Ukraine.
