He is activating his reserves, former military, and one more thing…
He is threatening to launch nukes at the west.

For seven months now, Putin has been fighting Ukraine.
This tiny country is giving him fits and killing off his army.
So much so, Putin is getting ready to call up another 300,000 troops.
He is also warning the west to back off and stop helping Ukraine or he will consider it as being directly involved in the war.
Putin stated, “When the territorial integrity of our country is threatened, to protect Russia and our people, we will certainly use all the means at our disposal.
“It’s not a bluff.”
In case you did not quite get what he was saying, he means nukes are now on the table.
Putin is more than likely a bit fired up after hearing Joe Biden’s UN General Assembly speech where he specifically called out Putin.
Putin did not attend the assembly.
