The heavy handed censorship of social media posts has been allowed to continue for a while longer. Unfettered free speech scares the crud out of Democrats. Joe Biden could even fail to be selected that way. Conservatives are already getting restless and waving American flags around. Deplorable MAGA types actually dared to declare the entire month of July as #AmericanPrideMonth. In order to prevent potential civil war, while possibly causing one, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals granted a temporary injunction blocking a temporary injunction. The ball is in Plaintiff’s court now and the drama continues.
Social media censorship allowed
On July 14, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals issued a censorship friendly ruling which blocks the order U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty entered on July 4. Doughty imposed “sweeping limitations” on the Biden regime’s “communications with social media companies.”
Liberals on the 5th Circuit outnumbered conservatives 2 to 1 on this one and ruled in favor of the thought police.
Merrick Garland, facing impeachment and charges of lying to Congress, for starters, went into panic mode when U.S. District Judge Terry A. Doughty pulled the plug on his censorship machine.

He’s terrified that upholding the Constitution “could chill law enforcement activity to protect national security interests.” He could end up with Christopher Wray as a cellmate.
Left-leaning Washington Post notes the stay is just “the latest twist in a partisan legal battle over the future of content moderation.” People still continue to believe that they have First Amendment rights to have an opinion.
What used to result in discussion, arguments and a fist-fight once in a while terrifies Democrats, who can’t logically defend any of their own positions. Since they can’t prove they aren’t wrong, they censor anyone who questions their opinions. Just like with modern justice, censorship is a one way street, Democrats are the censors and conservatives of any persuasion are the censees.

Republicans likely to prevail
This is really nothing but an attempt to drag out the inevitable. Without the thought police and censorship squads, Democrats are terrified about what conservatives will be saying. They’ll post all sorts of Russian disinformation about Hunter Biden getting a free pass, despite all the hard evidence of bribery and corruption.
Joe Biden also faces charges for the same things, or he should, conservatives will say unless they’re censored into silence. People are talking about actually defunding the FBI and taking away the budgets from crucial government persecutions, like the ones against rightful President Donald Trump.
That’s the real heart of the issue. Without censorship, Americans would be allowed to talk about things like “election integrity.” They would be posting day and night about all the great things in store for America after Donald Trump is restored to his rightful position in government.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the 5th Circuit just granted a stay on the injunction in Missouri v. Biden against federal agencies telling Big Tech who to censor

Twitter has already slipped off the leash and progressives still have nightmares when they think about what Facebook looked like back around 2014.
When Judge Doughty issued the ruling which pulled the plug on social media censorship, he noted it was the right thing to do because what the Biden regime has been doing is clearly unconstitutional.
Doughty wrote that “Republicans were likely to prevail in the efforts to show key Biden administration officials and agencies ran afoul of Americans’ constitutional protections.” All we can hope for now is a speedy trial, unless Plaintiffs can talk yet another court into an injunction blocking the injunction blocking the injunction.
