Biden again goofed up a name for someone that he was mentioning during an event.
When any normal person practices their speech and they are calling someone out, you would practice the name inside and out until it just flowed.

More recently, he could not remember Donald Trump’s name when he was criticizing him.
How does the media not make more of this?
How many times has Biden forgotten the name of a cabinet member during a speech or appearance?
